Centrien SSO

Single sign-on for Centrien applications and services, powered by Keycloak.

About this application

What Centrien SSO is

Centrien SSO is the single sign-on (SSO) service operated by Centrien Group LLC. It uses Keycloak as its identity and access management platform to authenticate users to Centrien’s internal web pages, applications, and services.

The purpose of Centrien SSO is to let authorized users sign in once and securely reach the Centrien tools they are entitled to use, without maintaining a separate username and password for each application. Where enabled, Centrien SSO federates authentication with external identity providers, including Google, so a user may sign in with a supported account. When a user chooses to sign in with Google, Google’s OAuth service returns basic profile information that is used solely to identify the user and establish their session.

At a glance

How it is built

  • Identity platform: Keycloak
  • Purpose: one secure sign-in for Centrien apps & services
  • Sign-in options: Centrien credentials or federated Google sign-in
  • Google data used: name, email address, account identifier
  • Transport security: TLS / token-based authentication
How it works

How Centrien SSO works.

A standard OpenID Connect / OAuth 2.0 sign-in flow, brokered by Keycloak.

1

Request access

A user opens a Centrien application or service that requires authentication.

2

Redirect to SSO

The application redirects the user to Centrien SSO, powered by Keycloak.

3

Authenticate

The user signs in with Centrien credentials, or — where enabled — by federating with a provider such as Google.

4

Access granted

Keycloak verifies the identity, issues a secure token, and the user reaches the resources they are authorized to use — without signing in again for the session.

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Centrien SSO (the “Service”), the single sign-on service operated by Centrien Group LLC (“Centrien,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Centrien SSO is an identity and access management service, built on Keycloak, that authenticates authorized users and brokers secure access to Centrien’s internal web pages, applications, and services. The Service supports authentication using Centrien-issued credentials and, where enabled, federated sign-in through supported external identity providers such as Google.

2. Eligibility and authorized use

The Service is intended for individuals who have been granted access by Centrien or by an organization authorized by Centrien. You may use the Service only to authenticate to resources you are permitted to use, and only for legitimate business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any authentication factors associated with your account, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Centrien promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Centrien is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data; (b) interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without express written authorization; (d) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication, authorization, or security mechanism; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by law; or (f) use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

5. Third-party identity providers

If you choose to authenticate through a third-party identity provider such as Google, your use of that provider is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Centrien receives only the identity information necessary to authenticate you (see the Privacy Statement below) and is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers. You may disconnect a federated provider at any time; doing so may affect your ability to sign in.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Centrien Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it as expressly permitted.

7. Availability, changes, and suspension

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrien disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. No advice or information obtained from the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centrien and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 11. Termination

Your right to use the Service continues until terminated. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

Privacy Statement

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Statement explains how Centrien Group LLC (“Centrien,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you authenticate to Centrien’s applications and services through Centrien SSO (the “Service”). It applies to the authentication activity performed by Centrien SSO and is incorporated into the Terms of Service above.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Centrien Group LLC is the entity responsible for the identity data processed by Centrien SSO. You can reach us using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to authenticate you and operate the Service:

  • Account and identity data — such as your username, name, and email address, used to identify you and establish your session.
  • Information from federated sign-in — if you sign in using Google, Google’s OAuth service provides basic profile information, typically your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We request only the minimum scopes required to verify your identity (generally openid, email, and profile).
  • Authentication and technical data — such as tokens, session identifiers, timestamps, IP address, and log records generated during sign-in, used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

3. Google user data

When you choose to sign in with Google, Centrien SSO receives the basic profile information described above from Google’s OAuth service. This information is used only to authenticate you, match or create your account within Centrien SSO, and establish your session. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Limited Use disclosure. Centrien SSO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to: verify your identity; create and maintain your authenticated session; grant access to the Centrien resources you are authorized to use; secure the Service and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share identity information only: (a) with the Centrien applications and services you are authenticating to, so they can recognize your session; (b) with the identity provider you choose to sign in with; and (c) where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centrien, our users, or the public. We do not sell your information or share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain identity and authentication records only as long as necessary to operate the Service and to meet security, operational, and legal obligations, after which the data is deleted or anonymized. Session tokens expire automatically at the end of their validity period.

7. Security

We protect information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), token-based authentication managed by Keycloak, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues we identify.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also disconnect a federated Google account at any time, which revokes Centrien SSO’s future access to your Google profile information; you can additionally review and remove Centrien SSO’s access from your Google Account’s security settings. To make a privacy request, use the contact form below.

9. Cookies and sessions

Centrien SSO uses strictly necessary cookies and session identifiers to maintain your authenticated session and protect against cross-site request forgery. These are essential to the Service and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for authorized adult users and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or to make a data access or deletion request, please use the contact form below.
